What paper quality do you use for prints?
All our A3 art prints are printed on premium, heavy-weight Mohawk paper with a rich tactile finish to ensure vibrant color reproduction and exceptional durability. A6 postcards are printed on thick, durable cardstock.

Do the prints come framed?
No, all prints are sold unframed. This allows us to keep shipping costs low and safe. Our A3 prints are standard size, making it easy for you to find frames at IKEA or local framing shops.

How are the prints and postcards packaged?
We pack all orders flat in extra-rigid, heavy-duty cardboard envelopes with protective sleeves to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition without bends or damage.

How long does shipping take?
• Baltics: 2–4 business days
• European Union: 4–8 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free tracked shipping on orders over €40 for the Baltics, €60 for the EU, and €80 for the Rest of the World.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack every item with great care, but if your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the envelope and the damaged print, and contact us at heykatostudio@gmail.com within 48 hours. We’ll send you a free replacement right away!
